Felt like royalty, nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic location in the city center, allowing me to explore many attractions on foot. Clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view. Polite and friendly staff who provided excellent service. Convenient transportation options and easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes.

I loved the location of this hotel! It was situated right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants. And the best part? It was within walking distance to the old town, charming! The room I stayed in was also excellent, with a spacious layout and a beautiful view. And let's not forget about the bathroom - it had heated floors! This little touch made my winter stay extra cozy and enjoyable.

One thing that bothered me was the breakfast. It didn't meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

The staff were helpful and understanding during my medical situation. Excellent location in the city center with nice views. Spacious and clean rooms at a reasonable price. 5-star service with a comfortable bed, 24/7 room service and bar, and amazing pool, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities. Really good staff were pretty good.

The hotel's location in the historic city center is perfect, allowing easy access to the most beautiful church in the city. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, offering breathtaking views of white Minsk from the balcony. The breakfast is luxurious, exceeding expectations with even caviar on offer. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing a level of service that surpasses even top-rated hotels in London or New York.

There was a slight issue with a lingering smell of cigarettes in certain areas of the hotel.

I was amazed by the convenient location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city. Being centrally located allowed me to explore the nearby attractions easily. the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist me whenever I needed something. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the breakfast not meeting my expectations and the shower door causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor, my overall experience at this hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that provides exceptional amenities and fulfilled all our exclusive needs. the indoor swimming pool and sauna offered a relaxing and peaceful experience. the room advantages were outstanding, with exclusive private facilities that provided a sense of comfort and privacy. the buffet breakfast had a variety of options and the service was remarkable. the hotel's location advantages were unbeatable, just steps away from the heart of the city.

The only minor issue was with the bar/lounge area, which was not as impressive as the rest of the hotel. the restaurant offered a great experience and made up for it.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. Situated in the heart of the city, it was conveniently close to local bus and metro stops, as well as numerous restaurants, cafes, museums, and bars. This made it easy for us to explore and enjoy everything the city had to offer. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. The service provided by them was great.

The pricing policy was frustrating. We had made our reservation in advance, but upon check-in, we were informed that the room rate had increased by a whopping 13%!

The staff is friendly and speaks good English, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy the heated bathroom floors, robes and slippers in the rooms, and access to the pool and spa facilities.

One minor drawback is the lack of availability of a doctor on staff during our stay. It would be beneficial to have multiple doctors on rotation to ensure someone is always available for any medical emergencies.

Here, we experienced exceptional service, from the friendly and helpful staff to the luxurious amenities such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the room had exclusive advantages, with a comfortable king-size bed, private facilities, and a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. the restaurant had a diverse menu and served delicious food, while the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. the buffet breakfast was also impressive, with a wide selection of food.

Comfortable bed, great location near old town, friendly reception staff. Nonetheless, I wish there were more bath towels. I highly recommend this hotel.
